My Power Hours are the perfect way to talk through a particular problem you’re facing, to gain a walkthrough of a system or process you’re not familiar with, or to gain some clarity and guidance on an idea you’re working on.
Do you need help on a particular project where you’re working on a budget? My Project rates are perfect for you if you need a quote and want to know the price upfront.

My Ad Hoc support is suitable for those one-off tasks, or to just give you a bit of support, as and when you need it, throughout the month. My hourly rate is £45 per hour, with a minimum booking of 1 hour.
These are aimed at those clients who know they need ongoing assistance throughout the month and want to guarantee my availability. Packages are available from just 5 hours a month and are subject to availability.

- Looking for regular support? This package is great if you have regular tasks needing to be completed throughout the month.
- 20 hours per calendar month
- This option is perfect if you are looking for a little bit of daily support to keep up with the ever-changing demands that come with running your business.
- 30 hours per calendar month
- This is the option for you if you need regular support on a daily basis, but not quite needing someone part-time.
The dull but important bits…
A minimum of a 1-hour booking is required. I record my time using Clockify and charge in increments of 15 minutes. Payment terms are 7 days from the date of the invoice and payment must be received in advance before any work will be started.
All payment options will require a Booking Form to be completed and agreement to my Terms of Business.
How it works
We start off with a 30-minute consultation. We have a chat about your business, what help you are looking for, as well as your expectations. I will then make recommendations and advise you on the best plan to suit your requirements, budget and deadlines.
If you’re happy to go ahead, I will then send you a booking form, an invoice and my terms of business for signature.
