How it works
We start off with a 30-minute consultation. We have a chat about your business, what help you are looking for, as well as your expectations. I will then make recommendations and advise you on the best plan to suit your requirements, budget and deadlines.
If you’re happy to go ahead, I will then send you a booking form, an invoice and my terms of business for signature.

Power Hour
My Power Hours are the perfect way to talk through a particular problem you’re facing, to gain a walkthrough of a system or process you’re not familiar with, or to gain some clarity and guidance on an idea you’re working on.
Project
Do you need help on a particular project where you’re working on a budget? My Project rates are perfect for you if you need a quote and want to know the price upfront.
Ad Hoc
My Ad Hoc support is suitable for those one-off tasks, or to just give you a bit of support, as and when you need it, throughout the month. Minimum booking is 1 hour.
Monthly Retainer
These are aimed at those clients who know they need ongoing assistance throughout the month and want to guarantee my availability. Packages are available from just 5 hours a month, up to 30 (subject to availability).
