award winning va

Like many other small businesses, 2020 has been a challenging year for me.  With a global pandemic, no childcare for 6 months, losing clients, working long irregular hours whilst juggling two young children; it’s been hard work!

But I have also been so fortunate that 2020 has also brought about a lot of changes for my business.

I did lose a few clients due to financial restrictions caused by coronavirus, but I’ve also gained some.  My business in 2020 has grown and I’ve built some really good solid relationships with clients.  I’ve learnt new systems and become more confident in what I do.  And I’ve also taken on a couple of Associate VAs to help with client projects.

So what better way to celebrate 2020 more than winning PA Life’s Star Award for VA of the Year 2020!

I was absolutely delighted to learn that I had won the award.

During my corporate career, I was the one who used to organise the awards and events so I was often overlooked and never on the receiving end.

I’m so proud of what I’ve achieved with my business over the past 4 years, and in particular, the juggles and challenges I’ve faced, like many other businesses, this year, but to see how much my business has developed and grown and the reputation I’m gaining from clients, I’m so proud to have won an award to recognise the efforts I’ve made.
